Blackberry Wine Soap

THE NOTES

Our soaps are made the old fashioned way by combining oils and a sodium hydroxide lye solution at room temperature. This allows for saponification, a chemical reaction that makes the soap moisturizing while preserving the ingredients and allowing for a skin-friendly PH.

Why use wine?  Wine provides nourishment to the skin, leaving it feeling softer, smoother and more radiant.  Wine also contains antioxidants to help protect skin from free radicals and environmental damage. The use of strawberry wine adds sweet and fruity notes.
