You have the option to cancel your order within a period of 24 hours, provided it has not shipped. If your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.
We ship to the address entered at checkout. Shipping/insurance is included on all orders. Buyers are responsible for shipping/reshipping if an order is returned as non-deliverable or not picked up. If the package is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an insufficient or incorrect address, unclaimed delivery or failure to sign for package when required, the customer will be required to cover the cost for reshipping. If a customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued for the product(s) only, excluding original shipping fee, as carriers do not provide refunds for returned shipments. If free shipping was provided at checkout, product(s) minus cost of shipping costs incurred by Bloom will be refunded.
Once your package is marked "delivered" by USPS, you must contact your local branch to discuss delivery issues. We will not refund or replace an order that tracking shows it was delivered to the correct address.
If your package arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us immediately and provide pictures of the damages or mistake. Do not discard damaged packaging. USPS will require the damaged parcel/contents to be submitted in person at your local USPS facility for an insurance claim to be accepted.
While we consider a customers preferences, we reserve the right to select or change the shipping carrier at our discretion to ensure reliable and cost effective delivery. If a change occurs after an order is placed, customers will receive an updated tracking number as soon as possible. Any revised carrier charge will not affect the final shipping cost charged at checkout unless explicitly communicated. Our responsibility for the shipment remains unchanged, and we will work to resolve any shipping-related issues in alignment with our existing policies.
